These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LocalSEOBot (the "Service") at localseobot.ai, operated by NewSunSEO ("NewSunSEO", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
LocalSEOBot is a software service that helps local businesses plan, generate, and publish location-based SEO content, and monitor its performance. Content may be produced with the assistance of automated and AI systems and is subject to our quality controls, but you are responsible for reviewing content before it is published under your brand.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must have authority to connect and publish to any website you link to the Service.
Search rankings depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, indexing, lead, or revenue outcome. The Service is provided to support your SEO efforts, not to promise a result.
You retain ownership of your business data and of the content published to your websites. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service on your behalf — including generating content and, where you connect a website, creating and updating pages you authorize. You may disconnect a website or request deletion of Service-managed pages at any time.
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, AI content providers and map/geolocation data). Your use of connected third-party websites and services is also subject to their terms. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors.
Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you subscribe. Where a free trial is offered, it runs for the stated period and then converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before it ends.
You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for: your plan stays active until then, and you are not charged again. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
If a payment fails we may suspend the Service until it is resolved. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, and a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or other customers. On termination, content already published to your own websites remains yours.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewSunSEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there will have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
